Many Environmental, Safety and Health companies use scare tactics to get their foot in the door. I come from a manufacturing/management background and see little need to force a prospective client into "compliance submission" based on citing the "top ten most frequently cited" list from OSHA or other means of legislative intimidation. A more positive and meaningful approach is to listen to what the client needs and recommend a path forward. Clean and simple.
